DAY 4: Yabuli – Harbin ，Dining: Breakfast, Accommodation: Harbin
After breakfast, head to Asia’s largest ski resort and the main venue of the 2009 Winter Olympics – AAAA level Yabu

Referred to as “China’s Davos”, upon arriving at the scenic area, you’ll experience the “Platinum Noble Sports” activity. At the beginner ski area, you’ll ski for 3 hours (ski equipment includes skis (double skis), ski poles, and ski boots. Helmets, ski goggles, ski suits, gloves, and storage lockers, etc., are not included; if you need to rent them, additional fees apply). You’ll personally experience the thrilling and exciting skiing. If you feel like you want more, you can pay extra to extend your skiing time (the price will be charged according to the on – site rate of the ski resort). Then, you’ll gather at the agreed time and take a bus back to Harbin (the journey takes about 2 hours).
Lenya – Sino – Russian Folk Trade: Harbin and even the Heilongjiang region have been deeply influenced by Russian culture, and the frequent trade and communication with Russia still continue today. If the expressway is closed on the day, the return journey will be changed to take a train back to Harbin after arriving in Yabuli, and the train ticket will be at your own expense. [Skiing Tips]
If there’s no one among your companions who can ski and is willing to teach you while not skiing themselves (such as your boyfriend/girlfriend, parents, or someone you’re pursuing), you can consider hiring a coach. The reference price is about 200 yuan per hour.
Before skiing, you need to rent a storage cabinet for your shoes on your own. The specific price will be subject to the actual situation of the scenic area.
Falling while skiing is inevitable, but you must try to get up as soon as possible after falling and leave the center of the ski slope. Otherwise, you’ll experience what the saying “The new wave pushes the old wave, and the old wave is washed up on the beach” means.
After initially mastering skiing skills, don’t rush to go to steep slopes. Do you still vaguely remember Galileo’s law of gravitational acceleration?
There are two lanyards on the ski poles. Never tie them around your wrists. Remember this! If you fall, just let the ski poles fall naturally.

[Saint Sophia Cathedral (exterior)]:
Saint Sophia Cathedral, built in 1907, is a landmark building in Harbin. Its green onion – dome – shaped dome is particularly eye – catching. This magnificent Byzantine – style building no longer serves as a church, but as a beautiful foreign – style architecture in Harbin, still attracting many people to visit. Saint Sophia Cathedral is the only well – preserved Byzantine – style building in China. Although it was renamed “Harbin Architectural Art Museum” in 1997, both locals and tourists prefer to call it “Saint Sophia Cathedral”.
[Flood Prevention Monument Square]:
The Flood Prevention Monument, a symbol of Harbin people’s victory over the surging flood, is located on the square at the northern end of Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. It is one of the famous landmark buildings in Harbin. The Flood Prevention Monument has a magnificent architectural design with strong Russian style, and the spacious location makes it a popular spot for tourists to take photos.
[Touring Zhongyang Pedestrian Street]:
Zhongyang Pedestrian Street is the longest commercial pedestrian street in Asia. It has 71 European – style buildings, integrating Renaissance, Baroque, Eclecticism, and modern styles, making it a rare architectural art corridor in China.
